This is a model of the A/C flown by Sgt. Mac Kennaugh of 56 Sqn in Dec 44. His first mount a spit IX ( Thelma ) was replaced by the Tempest (Thelma II ) in mid 44. To his credit in the Tempest at the end of his career was
