Switch to the layer with your curved surface. In point mode select all the points on the contour line that the window is lined up with and copy and paste them into an empty layer.

***NOTE*** If there isn't a contour where you want. Use the knife tool to make one. Select all the points and copy them. Then 'undo' the knife, switch to an empty layer and paste the points there.
