Now for the fun. Put the window profile in the front layer with the profile curve in the background and select Rail Clone. Make sure oriented is ON. Uniform lengths or knots doesn't matter. Choose a number of windows. Aim higher than you think you'll need. You can delete extras after. If its wrong undo and try it again until your happy with it.
