Off to layer 4. Put layers 2 and 3 in the background. Now use the box tool to create a spoke. I gave mine 10 segments so I could deform it a bit. Make sure that the top of the spoke goes into and past the rim and is buried in the hub. Give it the surface name Spoke. |

Now is when you get to play with all the tools under the modify tab. Here all I did was use Taper 1 in the top view to narrow the tip. Bend to, well.....bend it. I pushed tab to put it into subD and tweaked a couple points and came up with this. Not too exciting but hey... this is just a quick tut.

Under the multiply tab is the array tool. It defaults to rectangular, change it to radial, through the X axis again and select a number of spokes..
